ŠKODA wanted to introduce its vision for e-mobility with the Vision-E concept car at the Shanghai Motor Show. The car maker needed to tell this story in an innovative way to really stand out and become the-most-talked-about-launch during the biggest car event on the planet. We created the world’s first multiplayer VR experience in automotive. By sending out personalised VR packs to influencers and launching a dedicated website, we yielded 80+ editorial articles on renowned international automotive sites and blogs. Next to the launch at the Shanghai Motor Show, there were VIP events in six additional cities around the globe at the same time. The integrated Facebook campaign resulted in 8.5 million impressions and 69.400 interactions.
