Copy, tone of voice, brand identity
AREA is a boutique shop with three kinds of expertise under one roof, catering to clients looking to buy and/or sell, plus those who are in the market for a mortgage. AREA believes that buying and selling a home should be, above all, a fun experience. We incorporated that angle into all their copy, both in English and in Dutch, using informal, tongue-in-cheek language, without coming over too cocky or arrogant. Friendly, easy-going and, most importantly, in-the-know.
